Second Guinness World Record

Helen holds 2 Guinness World Records for eskimo rolling! She has just set the world hand rolling record, for the fastest time to do 100 eskimo rolls without a paddle, in 3 minutes and 46 seconds and still holds the world record with a paddle.

Set on June 24th, 2010, at David Lloyd in West Bridgford, Helen was cheered on by children she teaches at the local schools - Lady bay Primary, Radcliffe on Trent Juniors and Candleby Lane Primary.

Coached by Mark Bayles and Pete Orton, Helen trained daily for several months in the pool. Twiggy and Emma, from Trent FM, hosted the event and were FANTASTIC.....although Twiggy did nearly cause a huge disaster by counting incorrectly, until Emma (prompted by Damian Field, the official adjudicator from Guinness World Records) took over! Helen's favourite 'unsigned' singer Alex Chapman was there to sing afterwards.

Guinness World Record

Helen holds the world record for the fastest time to do 100 eskimo rolls in a kayak. This has earned her a place in the Guinness Book of Records.

She is hoping to gain a second entry in to the book, by setting the world hand rolling record (eskimo rolling without a paddle), in the summer of 2010!

Helen has appeared on numerous TV shows, including ‘Record Breakers’, ‘Don’t Try This At Home!’, ‘They Think Its All Over’, ‘Linfords Record Breakers’, ‘You Bet’, ‘This Morning - with Richard and Judy’ and ‘Test The Nation’.

She is regularly in the local press and on the regional news, along with features in the Womens Fitness magazines. Helen has also been a finalist in the Cosmopolitan Woman of The Year Awards.
